Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Roy helped me fix a problem with my karndeen flooring that no one else would touch. He did an excellent job and was a very nice personable guy. I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love.
