Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

I had no hesitation in giving him another job of carpeting my stairs and bedrooms. His price was extremely competitive and matched any carpet store. I would recommend him for all aspects of flooring. I am extremely pleased with the way Nick has dealt with the job that needed doing. He was very prompt in giving me a quote and arranging a date to carry out the work. He also gave me very sound advice on the type of doors that would be suitable and could be purchased at a good price. Although he was let down by his supplier, in as much that there was a delay in delivery of some of the order, he has done tha job by the deadline for which I am most grateful.
