Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. I wish I had gone with these guys sooner. Fantastic work, that included aftersales care advice, and even offered to send a roofer he knew for some additional unrelated work.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man

John Kenny done a decent job replacing new decking for me, but he built a garden gate which has been very disappointing. Paid him £500 for this gate and he used internal wood which has swollen and cracked and I’m unable to close or lock the gate.. tried to contact him for weeks to no avail.
Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Stops any “well he never told me to do that”. Hope to here from you.

Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them
