The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. I do not usually review anything on the web, but I thought I would make an exception in this case as my partner and I were particularly impressed with GWP. I posted a job on to the Rated People website asking for a decorator to give our new duplex flat a much needed refresh. The job itself was quite technical and required working in some places at a 20ft height, difficult angles and renovation of a 9ft original sash window. GWP were able to provide a competitive quote and arrange for experienced decorator, Daniel, to come and complete the work according to our narrow time frame. It was important that the quality of the work was up to scratch as there are dozens of ceiling spotlights around the flat which would make any mistakes obvious. We are very impressed with the work, especially given the job's complexity. Our experience with GWP was a good one and we will certainly be using them for all our decorating in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Overall, a excellent job carried out, on time, by a reliable professional who left the flat clean and clear when completed. Thanks.

The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

He completed a full refurbishment of an en-suite bathroom including electrics, tiling, painting etc. Finish to a high standard and made helpful suggestions on appropriate fittings etc. Left the bedroom clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Offered a fixed quote which was very competitive and imposed no additional charges. Job did take a week or so longer than expected but he kept us informed throughout.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. I have just had my loft conversion, then followed by an extension, driveway and summer rooms built by ceka construction, they are hardworking, talented and polite people, Roland himself is a perfectionist so there is no reason to oversee his work, he makes sure it is done properly. It took me many years to decide on getting building work done on my house after hearing all the horror stories, but I am grateful to have found Roland and his team who made my home renovation a stress fee project and finished within the time promised, the team worked daily between 8 and 5pm rain or shine, unlike other builders who seem to string you along once they are in, my loft was completed in a month whereas other builders gave a lead of time of 6 to 8 weeks, this is because Roland uses twice as many people, also each person he uses is a specialist to his trade, not a multi tasker..and this is where you are able to see the difference in workmanship. They have left me with a perfect house, I would recommend him to anyone and he will soon be working with other members of my family.
