Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.

Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Badly leaking flat garage roof. Responded quickly & came out quickly to look at the job. emailed same day with 3 options for repair. Turned up on agreed day at agreed time & stayed until work was completed. Cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Had lots of rain since the job was finished and so far so good.
