I would very strongly recommend this tradesman. He did a very good job at a very fair price, and arrived bang on time to his initial viewing and then both days on the job. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
