Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Highly recommend Gedas. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He completed a full refurbishment of an en-suite bathroom including electrics, tiling, painting etc. Finish to a high standard and made helpful suggestions on appropriate fittings etc. Left the bedroom clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. Offered a fixed quote which was very competitive and imposed no additional charges. Job did take a week or so longer than expected but he kept us informed throughout.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!

Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly.
