Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. The tradesman, Fabio, arrived perfectly on time ready to start at the agreed time. He assessed the work to be done and started work straight away with his colleague. He was considerate and flexible in where and how we wanted the work and preparation of materials to take place. They cleaned as they went and at no point was there any "mess" around.
