You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Very impressed with this person, he did a far superior job than what i was expecting and for a very good price. I wanted a decorator just to make the place look a bit more presentable, nothing overly fancy as the plaster is 90 years old and really needs replacing. This man went the extra mile and the house looks superb for it, you can shine a torch down the walls or along he ceilings and not see any imperfections, and they were shockingly bad before.
