The work has been done to a very high standard as was promised and was completed in the specified time frame within the very reasonable price that was quoted. I appreciated the fact that the contractor turned up daily at the time promised and ensured that the working environment was kept clean whilst the work was being carried out. I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.
