Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Used Anthony to finish off a down stairs shower room and toilet plus to fit new skirting in two other rooms. Was really happy with the service he provided was punctual and very clean and tidy with very little fuss, I also work night's so gave him a key to let himself in on a morning to start the work that is how much I felt comfortable with him just getting on with it, wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
