This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it.
