They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. We found a leak behind the washing machine and went on to Rated People .com. Ian was the first to call.We were so relieved he came the next day. He was very polite, professional and reassuring, also very patient as we had just moved in and did not know where the stop cock etc was yet.He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why.
