They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. I had my flat walls/windows painted & the work was poor. I had to change one date of project & instead of rebooking, a day of my job was lost and the work was not finished properly. Also my furniture was ruined by the painter spilling paint on it, possibly in his rush to finish. I called after job was paid for to try to resolve the poor paintwork quality & get help with restoring my drawers, but they never got back to me. I had to re-finish much of the work myself, and lost a piece of furniture. Avoid.

I ended up choosing another provider who could also complete some non-plumbing works but Tom was very cordial and knowledgeable when he came to estimate and was on time even though he was travelling from afar. Both the guys had good knowledge of what was required but they rushed the job and I had to have them back to make good. They did this with no problems and even reduced the price for the inconvenience. I would use them again but would make sure not to pay until I was satisfied with the work.

Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

I am suprised that this plumber appears on your website.He quoted £50 for the job admitted that he does not usually change taps and only fits boilers.He spent 4.5 hours on his visit and was clearly incompetent.He was unable to change the tap in the utility room and forcibly removed our sink severely damaging our worktop.The result of his visit is a bill for £650 to replace the worktop and sink.Do not use this tradesman under any circumstances.Awfull and should be removed from this website

We made a mistake by hiring Plumb Monkey for this job. The cost of the job doubled as soon as our old bathroom unit had been removed and the standard of their work leaves a lot to be desired. The shower unit leaks, the sink taps were not installed properly, the silicone beading was done very poorly, the toilet wobbles, the tile grout cracked within two weeks of them leaving the job. Basic errors were made on the first fix which needed to be remediated. Nice enough guys but not very skilled plumbers/bathroom

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
