Very efficient and pleasant people. The work was carried out promptly and in about half the time estimated. Slightly messy digger tracks left but it started raining shortly before the end of job so marks were inevitable but thought they could have repaired them a bit before they left. Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. They left the building site clean and tidy and I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Fatjon / Tony and team did a fantastic job decorating my house, getting rid of damp and giving my front garden a completely new look. They re built wonky walls, rendered them and laid some amazing tiles giving an original Victorian look. Communication was excellent and there were no surprise / hidden costs at the end. My first project in 2001 was a hotel in Wembley, works were refitting an office block and turning into a4 star hotel. the next project, was a luxury residential project for 18 month at Brentford Lock After this I start to work for Space Engineering as a subcontractor. The works were on the retail projects and consisted of Heating, Chilled water, Plumbing, drainage and all types of sanitary ware. For more than 10 Years I Worked on 20 Tesco stores, Sainsburys Waitrose, M&S, Banks, In 2017 I worked for AGS Services Ltd on high end residential My knowledge of the plumbing is extensive and have gained many ears of experience on all types of installations. My only issue is that I have never taken an approved NVQ course to obtain the correct plumbing CSCS

I've been exceeding pleased with Refurb. They have been diligent, arriving on-time, cleared up each day and most of all have spent their time doing the best job they can, never skimping on details. Their advice on the design and choices is born of experience. Their diligence is reflected in the way that each room is finished off immaculately - additional features such as wall power points, repainting, refitting window frames were completed without additional billing, simply to perform a complete job to the highest specification. They thrive on receiving accolades, and so they should. The finished product is just great. Best of all, the bathroom is awesome.

Georgi completed the very complex flooring of my flat using salvaged solid oak tongue and groove boards. This job took a lot of commitment to make the best use of secondhand materials and was also very labor intensive, but he showed great perseverance and always turned up happy and chatty to do the job. I now have a flat beautifully floored in reclaimed oak. I’d definitely recommend Georgi.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
