I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.

I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional. I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. A couple of very helpful gents who came and gave me a price and then turned up when they said they would and completed the job with minimum fuss. One of them even came back to turn on the boiler, which they turned off, whilst we were looking up how to do it. Would recommend to anyone.

This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon
