I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.
