He was very thorough and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work! Completely trustworthy, punctual, always left the house as it was prior to him doing the day's work, cleaned the mess daily, polite, informative, friendly, so much so I left him with my keys to carry out the work whilst I was in work. I would highly recommend this person to anyone - He has fitted me a new Combi Bolier removing the conventional boiler and it took 3 days. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.
