HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We asked Piotr to lay heavy limestone tiles on an area of approx 65m2. He has done an unbelievably good job - we could not be happier. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

Geoff was very punctual and professional when completing our job. He made improved amendments to the set up of our toilets for any future enhancements we want to make to the bathrooms at a later stage. We did need to call Geoff back to refit the mechanism in the cistern, but he came back the next evening with no fuss and no extra charge. Overall we are very pleased with the two toilets Geoff fitted and they have made a big difference to the look/feel of our bathroom/cloakroom.

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring.
