He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks.
