Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Very pleased with my finished bathroom. Installers were efficient, skilled and friendly.
I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.

Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
