We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!
