Kyle misrepresented his credentials and failed to return to finish the job. He left me with a leaking cylinder and did not fit the compliant fire valve. This was 3 months ago and despite repeated efforts I can't get him to return and he has ghosted me. He also promised to certify the work but didnt. I believe this is because he is not a member of a CPS. He showed me a BPEC card but this is just to show he has done training , not that he is a member of a professional body. I am contacting trading standards

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

To start with, Vessilie has reliable suppliers and he can get you whatever you want for a very competitive price. For example, the kitchen company I bought my kitchen from failed to deliver my kitchen and I was left with an empty shell for a kitchen. Vessilie, immediately, took me to Magnet Traders (one of his suppliers) and bought me a new kitchen on the spot (Usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks for a new kitchen to arrive) and for a fraction of the price. Moreover, Vessilie dealt with any problems that appeared along the way in a calm and professional manner. His people are so trustworthy that you can leave them at home without any worries. Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.

Hamed from 1 of - bathrooms fitted a new bathroom for me. All went well and I was happy with the results. However, the extractor fan was not fitted correctly and he has yet to fix it, and about 3 weeks after he completed the work a leak started every time the shower is used and he is ignoring all my calls. I am having to get another electrician to fit the correct extractor and a plumber to sort the leak out.
