We were contacted by the company who could pay us a visit extremely quickly. Despite a professional front A day after the job was ‘done’ the window started leaking again. I texted Roger and he read the message but didn’t reply. I asked my father to contact and Roger has repeatedly fobbed him off. Have offered them every chance to fix the window before leaving a review but no response. Has taken all my money and not fulfilled his “4 year guarantee”. AVOID!!

His quote was spot on and he was very reasonably priced compared to a previous gardener whose work left a lot to be desired. We had agreed to £750 for cutting down, removal of four willows and clearing site. On the second day they asked for an additional £350, which we were not willing to pay as we had agreed a price previously. They remained to finish the job for the sake of 'customer satisfaction'. We've been distressed to find that large pieces of willow were left, floating in our pond and the fence is broken where they dropped logs into our neighbours garden after we'd been assured that they had cleared the site completely.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
