Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. They arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and understood exactly what I wanted before starting work. There were a few additional bits and pieces of work that I asked to be done including removal of some stumps, we agreed a price and they were able to do that at the same time. CPs comment is a misrepresentation as not only was it readily agreed to pay extra for repainting one side of 7 panels but in fact a small bonus was added.It is also the case that I assisted CP with lifting panels in and out - the resiting took about 2 to 3 minutes per panel and affected only 6. CP damaged a washing spinner and neither offered apology nor compensation.Far from being fussy I take pride in the way my home looks and welcome professional trade support .

The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

This job has caused me grief. New gutters 27/01/14 leaked far worse than old ones, like Niagara Falls! In fairness, tradesman returned next day, made improvements. Small problem remained, but nothing mega like first problem. Tradesman said he would return and fix. Have phoned him twice during last 2 months but as he's now working in Aberdeen I will have to pay someone else to fix. It is only small problem compared to first problem but nevertheless, the job has not been completed satisfactorily

No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!
