He explained everything clearly when he came to assess the work that needed doing and answered my many questions in detail and nothing was too much bother for him to go through. He also looked at everything in properly which I liked and I gave him the job. My instincts were great and he has communicated with me really well throughout the process and his paper work was great. When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. I had also asked him to change a ceiling spot for me which he did, but he also changed a couple of under the cabinet lights for no extra. Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!
