I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

As the project had a tight deadline and my builder would be working at the same time, I needed an electrician who could liaise with him and get the job done in a timely fashion. Kevin didn't disappoint. He gave a competitive and thorough quote and stuck to it - plus all certificates which I needed for Building regulations were handed over on completion. Kevin's experience really showed. He gave me advice on choosing fittings etc and made sure I was happy with everything before it was fitted - the job went exactly as planned. I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.
