Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!

Adam did the lighting job for us that we initially requested. He then did a loft conversion for us and also transformed a second loft space which had been rather dreary and uninspired and is now light and airy and a pleasure to be in. Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
