Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Very poor service, job still not completed. Simple job of testing, performed in begining of March, numerous calls/texts sent, certificates never arrived. Excuses included like “certificates are ready, just need to email”, “computer got virus”, “in hospital” etc. How long does it take for prepared certificates to be sent? Definitely not over a month. Very disappointed.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
