After I posted the high 5 star rating, the quality of work and attention to detail dramatically reduced. One piece of wallpaper was ripped and stuck down again rather than replacing with a new strip. 2 Yrs on, some of the paper is lifting away from the walls. There is a part of it with bubbles. For this I remove 3 stars.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Even photographed with his iphone the stages of work to ensure that I could see what the damage was and what he had done to deal with it ( as I was at work) . A very good professional job.

Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Very pleased with the workmanship standard. Very reasonable rates and a reliable chap. Would definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. My team ( if needed) is very experienced , polite and respectful, we try to complete the work to a high standard of quality and with the minimum disturbance of the home running. We do building work, bricklaying, paving, block paving ( drives), floor and wall tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, gardening( cutting down trees , bushes), guttering ( installing , maintaining, cleaning ), roofing. Also GRP flat roofs ( fibre glass). Carpentry, kitchen fitting, replacing windows or doors, partitioning walls,ceilings, lights, small demolition and removal works. we try to protect the house assets ( like carpets, etc) as good as we can. We respect all people from all different walks of life and religions. Also , we do ask to be treated as people. I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle.
