Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

I arranged a time and date with Andy. A couple of days later he contacted me and asked to change the time and date. We agreed a new time and date at his request but he didn't turn up till 24 hours after the new time, and called me "rude" when I told him I wasn't interested if he can't keep his own appointments. I will not recommend this service to anyone. If I could rate zero, I would. They posted for my job, and I expected a call from them, but did not get one. I had to call them a day after and left numerous text messages on their mobile number, if which they denied receiving. I called them again and asked if they were interested in doing the job and if not they should let me know so I could look for an alternative and they hung up the phone on me. This was completely unprofessional. Not to be recommended!
