Cristina submitted a professional, detailed quote and proceeded to carry out and complete everything on that quote and more. I was out of the country at the time and was happy to rely on her completely. She went out of her way to search out excellent goods of good quality at reasonable prices, presenting me with photo's by e-mail for me to choose. It is most unusual to find a builder that presents work of this quality on a renovation. She is also a very pleasant young lady to work with. I will certainly be using her again.

He contacted me straight away he was the only electrician who made an effort to visit me at home to explain the quote in person i.e. the cost and works required so I was able to understand. His apprentice and him works very quickly, even though Kevin himself was unwell he did not leave until he has finish. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays.
