This may be due to the capacity of your hot water tank not being large enough to cope with shower or baths longer than what you are getting at the moment That is ofcourse assuming you have a gravity fed system with a hot water cylinder
Hot water running out why?

Shower is new, good quality, pressure good, but hot water runs out after 6 minutes each time. Why? Any suggestions?
