Hi Thu, Tradespeople without ratings have most likely just joined Rated People. Though they don’t have ratings yet, this doesn’t mean they’re not quality tradespeople. In fact, these tradespeople are incentivised to do a quality job to ensure that they get a brilliant first rating, helping them build their reputation and win future work. We recommend that you ask the tradesperson to see any certifications, qualifications and examples of previous work and customer references. Unfortunately not every customer takes the time to rate on here He/she may not have been on here for long

Hi Thu, Having a Zero Rating does not mean that are a bad trades person it only means that they have not yet being rated. Give then a opportunity to Quote your works and maybe you could be the one to give the first review. Regards Jamie
