Hi Lynne It more than likely can be but would depend upon the make/model/age of the appliance. If its an old model where parts are hard to get hold of it may be more cost effective to you to buy a new one. Post the job on here under electrical but state its an tumble dryer repair ,as there is no separate section to cover this. You may get a response,dont know how many appliance engineers live local to you. They may prob charge a call out fee to cover their costs etc but you can ask these questions if somebody contacts you.
