1. Testing Room - Open new doorway into testing room from warehouse area (through stud wall). - Remove stud wall and both doors between testing room and corridor to Operations area. - Reuse one door for new doorway to warehouse (keep second door for future use). - Replace floorboard by new doorway. - Install LED emergency light fitting bulkhead above / adjacent to new door to testing room (warehouse side). Install a second emergency light in testing room leading to Ops area. - Insert sliding window into partition wall [type and dimensions to be discussed]. - Make good crack in ceiling and paint testing room walls & ceiling. 2. Toilet & Kitchenette in Despatch Area - Repair damaged wall [joists to be replaced by Jonny – waiting to see if the roof is now water-tight] - Repair mortar and paint walls and pipework - Repair / replace valve in toilet cistern - Replace toilet seat - Remove old towel dispenser, install mirror and new hand towel dispenser in sink area of toilet - Check hot & cold water supply working OK 3. Fire Door & entrance and stairway to 1st floor - Strip and repaint door and frame – inside and outside. - Install handle to exterior and finger plate to interior of door - Paint walls and window frame in lobby, stairway to 1st floor and 1st floor corridor leading to large office. 4. Large office, 1st floor - Repair wall at roof supports - Fill holes in end wall and paint - Paint walls - Sand water damaged floorboards and varnish
